Looking for boombox with input for cable TV/radio reception?

TV cable provider also offers FM radio reception over the cable outlet. I am looking for a affordable (read cheap) boombox or shelf system with which I can receive the FM channels my cable provider (Shaw in Vancouver) offers. Any ideas.

Is there a such thing as this type of boombox?

I'm looking for a boombox that has the same old cd player/amfm radio but can also play music off of an apple ipod. Is there a such thing? If so, what's it called? I'm looking for one and can only find ones that will dock ipods and charge them but not play them.

It is a sony dual acoustic bass expansion boombox, here is a link with a picture: Click Here
and I plugged a audio cable into my ipod and then into the headphone jack and no sound will come out. I can have the mode on cd tape or radio, i dunno which i should use. I know the ipod and audio cable works because i can use it when i hook it directly up to speakers. is it possible to play an ipod using this boombox?

What are some ideal foils for a cricket-based superhero? Please help?
I have this idea for a character- a Chinese-American superhero called the Jade Cricket. He has enhanced senses, can lift or pull 6x his own body weight, can jump 20x his own body length, titanium-steel wings that enable flight and help enable sound, and has a tactile sound control system. He fights crime in Chinatown and sometimes in China. What are some ideal supervillains he can fight?

I already have a few ideas:

Dark Locust- has similiar set of powers and abilites but is more powerful and dangerous in the air.
Waxman- a former candle factory worker who has the power to make synthetic wax and wax manipulation.
Fabricator- has the power of syntheic fabric.
Barrier Reef- a living mass of coral.
Red Guardian- a Chinese superagent who helps to enforce Communism in China.Powers of superstrength, resilience, hypnotic suggestion, mass alteration, controls his own gravity/density,synthetic armour.
I have a sonic ninaj but I can't come up with a good name for him.
Boombox- a living radio.
The Exterminator- a super pest control agent with all kinds of weapons and devices to hurt and trap Jade cricket with. Has the power of chemical immunity.
Doctor Vac- a former vaccuum cleaner factory employee who becomes a living vaccuum cleaner- has superstrength, suction bolts, high-energy vacuum blasts, suction manipulation. Can absorb sound and use it against Jade Cricket.
Glasshouse- a guy who synthesizes glass and manipulates glass.
Dr. Skeeter- a guy who taps into energysources and drains energy from people.

All these ideas aren't set- I'm throwing some of them out there.

What are your suggestions? I'm looking for Communist-related characters also.

Transfer & Selling of a Sirius radio ?

I have a Sirius Radio at home with a boombox that i barely ever listen to. I'm thinking about selling it but i'm wondering how should i proceed to transfer the account associate with the radio ? Is that even permitted ?
So if i cancel my account the new owner will have to create it's own account with the radio serial number ? The serial number of the radio can be used to create multiples accounts and is not linked permanantly once the account is cancelled right ?

Well, my radio hasn't been working, and I have no idea how to fix it. The charger adapter thing is always blinking with a green light, and that hasn't ever happened before. I tried unplugging everything and plugging it in again. And nothing seems to work. I press the power button and it doesn't go on. It flashes white, and then turns off. And everytime I put my iPod in, the iPod screen turns white, and then I have to restart it. Can someone please help me?

how do you make an mp3 cd to play on a boombox?

ok i was told that you could make a mp3 cd with a shitload of songs on it as long as the radio your playing it on plays mp3s, which mine does, but i tried it with windows media but when i put it in my radio it just shows 00, i have real player sp but not premium which it says is required to make an mp3 cd, so does anyone know what i can do or whatever to make an mp3 cd?

H/P Deskjet f340 all in one scanner/printer?

I lost the power cord to this printer and cant seem to fine one anywhere on line. Even at H/P. I must not be calling it by its GEEK name or something. Its just the cord that plugs into the unit and the wall outlet. It has 3 round pins and looks similar to a boombox wire except for 3 pins instead of 2. Does Wal-mart or Radio shack carry this item ???

Why is the FM reception so bad on my radio?

Its like a sony Boombox I have in my living room, I just recently bought it. The AM radio works pretty good on it but the FM is terrible. I've tried putting it on mono, to no avail. Still sucks. Why is it I cant find a home radio that works as good as the radio in the car?

I asked for an iTouch ($298) so I cannot have an expensive party.My mother's idea was to two of best friends over, dinner at Chiliji's or Applebee's, movie, an hour of browsing stores at the mall, and then they can spend the night. Well I have several best friends and I don't want anyone to feel left out. so what can Ii do to invitre morepeopl, but still spend less than $100 or so.

I do not like the aquarium
I can't have more than 2 girls sleep over
We weren't able to do the hotel sleepover because we couldn't find a cheap one (just one night)
